Practices will be held at Monterey Peninsula College (MPC).  Spring practice begins Monday, February 3rd, 2025

Training days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

 

Track and field events - 4:30-6:00 PM

 

*Athletes are expected to train on off days.  Individualized training programs will be provided.
